Cancellation Policy
We know that things sometimes happen beyond anyone's control. If you need to cancel your participation in the retreat, we will do our best to fill your spot, in which case you'll be refunded 100% minus $100 admin fee. If we aren't able to fill that slot, any cancellation on your part up to 30 days before the event (before September 5, 2026), will result in a 50% refund. Any cancellation made on your part with less than 30 days notice (after Sept. 5, 2026) will result in no refund. Thanks for your understanding.
Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat if it doesn't meet the minimum of six participants (in which case your payment will be refunded in full). Flexible airfare and trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can learn about it here.*
