We're excited to help you create wonderful vacations, retreats, and empowering events at Casa de la Paz - the House of Peace.
In addition to offering you two delightful spaces to stay - the Sweet Suite and the Charming Casita - we also offer The Studio Space, a sublime on-site workshop, art + performance space for you to teach art, writing, yoga... offer a workshop or showcase your poetry, produce a play reading, connect with your inner muse... and so much more!
There are custom retreats available for you and your guests as well - designed to support optimum health and wellness: quit smoking, lose weight, recover from cancer treatments or other health challenges, learn to cook healthy meals, and heal your mind, body and spirit!

The property is non-smoking and we use eco-friendly cleaning products.

The Sweet Suite
The Sweet Suite is a handsomely decorated private master-studio suite with its own entrance adjacent to a terrace with stunning sunset views, and a magical secret garden with a pond and a stream.
This slightly larger space includes a canopied king-size bed, a writing desk, beautiful Kilim rug, original art, and everything you could possibly wish for. The terrace offers a large hammock, two chaise lounges and a bistro table and chair set - the perfect space for your siesta, morning coffee, afternoon glass of wine, or private yoga classes!
The Sweet Suite includes an en-suite private bath with shower and sunken tub.

Many extras included such as coffee pot, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, fresh fruit, yoga mat, hairdryer, sun hat, umbrellas, current city map, welcome packet with restaurant recommendations, etc.
The Charming Casita
The Charming Casita is a beautifully decorated, detached and private space with a canopied king bed, adjacent courtyard with an outdoor dining table and built-in banquette surrounded by lush vegetation — the perfect space for your siesta, morning coffee, work area (if you must) or afternoon glass of wine.
The Casita includes a charming private bathroom & shower, a writing desk, and views of the city + mountains from bed.
Many extras included such as a coffee pot, mini-fridge, microwave, blender, fresh fruit, yoga mat, hairdryer, sun hat, umbrella, current city map, welcome packet with restaurant recommendations, hammock, etc.

What an amazing place!! The property and location are incredible, and the pictures are very true as to what you can expect. Eli and Joseph were such thoughtful hosts and were willing to share all their insider tips on how to navigate the beautiful town of San Miguel. What a wonderful place!! I loved staying at the Casa de La Paz and can't recommend it enough! The space is charming, thoughtful decor and amenities, wonderful views of SMA, and GREAT hosts! I would definitely come back and stay at Eli and Joseph´s place. Oh, and the dogs are lovely as well!!

Wow. Just the best place to stay in San Miguel de Allende! Super hosts, The Sweet Suite is an extremely comfortable room (esp the bed!), well thought out touches and a quiet location, but easy to walk/take a taxi to restaurants and the centre. "We spent a couple of darling nights and had the most wonderful time. Joseph and Eli felt immediately like family. They were accommodating on every level—arrival time, suggesting and then booking us massages on short notice, allowing us to play with their menagerie of super cool doggos (which you’d never hear or have any need to interact with if you didn’t want to). The rental spaces are on their property, but it doesn’t feel at all like you’re in anyone’s way. There is absolute privacy. All of the details in the room were mind-blowingly thoughtful. From yoga mats and a small fan to all the little accoutrements that made the experience easy, hotel-like, and luxurious. We love these guys and will definitely be back."
